I built this from my phone with three babies under three.
I know what it feels like to work in the little pockets of time motherhood gives you. Abundant Management helped launch more than 57 mom businesses. We built courses, websites, offers, social media plans and the systems behind them.
I also know what happens when growth asks too much of you. I burned out. I shut the business down. When I came back, I promised myself I’d build differently—with more honesty, more faith and a lot more room to breathe.

Meet Chelsea
I’ve built big things. I’ve also learned when to stop.
I’m Chelsea Rizzo—a mom, business owner, author and creator. I’ve spent more than a decade building businesses and helping other women build theirs.
I started in real estate in 2012. Later, I ran operations for more than 300 affordable-housing units. That work taught me how much the details matter—and how badly people get hurt when a business forgets the people inside it.
Then I built Abundant Management from my phone while raising three babies under three. We helped launch more than 57 mom businesses. We built social media plans, courses, websites and done-for-you businesses. At our peak, the agency reached a six-figure month and $33,000 in recurring monthly revenue.
But I pushed too hard. After multiple stress-induced miscarriages, I shut the business down. I’ve said it before: I burned it to the ground. I’m not ashamed of that story. It’s the reason I care so much about building in a way that leaves room for your health, your faith and your family.
Now I’m back with a simpler promise. I’ll tell you the truth. I’ll help you see the next step. And I won’t sell you the idea that you have to lose yourself to make money.
